Investment policy We create a balanced portfolio having, as a first objective, the development of the perspective enterprises from our portfolio and, as a second objective – obtaining current revenues from transactions on securities markets and dividends.

Our investment portfolio is diversified in accordance with the branches of strategic importance for the national economy and is specialized in agro-industrial sector. The reorganization of fund’s portfolio is directed towards a continuing decrease of a number of fund’s portfolio enterprises, until it reaches 50, with simultaneous increase in profitable state securities investments. Till now, the number of the enterprises decreased from 86 to 75.

We actively participate in transactions with securities; their volume reached in 1997 approx. 11 million Lei (US$ 2 million).
