Strategy of corporate governance includes long term collaboration with portfolio enterprises, mutual trust and professionalism. In the process of reorganization of portfolio enterprises, starting with the forecasts and perspectives for their development, we attracted for them approximately 2 million MDL (US $ 400 thousand) in form of portfolio investments.
In 1996 we created a holding of enterprises for collection and processing of agricultural production. The holding contains 5 enterprises and is directed towards the export of Moldovan agricultural products to Russia and other countries.
At present, we are in the process of establishing a agro-industrial
union of collection/distribution enterprises and farmers, within which
every participant is specialized, and that provides with fertilizers and
power resources, production, storage, marketing and export.
